Admin Console
Users, subscriptions, credits, and account controls
Overview
The admin console supports operations and customer support workflows. Admins can review users, subscriptions, credit balances, and account status, then take manual action when needed.
Admin Entry
The admin console is available at /admin and only admin accounts can access it. Regular signed-in users cannot enter admin pages.
User Management
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| View users | Search users by email, status, or creation time |
| View balance | Check the user's current credit balance |
| View plan | Review the user's current subscription or package status |
| Ban account | Restrict risky accounts |
| Restore account | Reverse an incorrect ban or complete a support case |
Credit Operations
Admins can manually adjust user credits for support compensation, operations campaigns, issue repair, and exceptional cases.
Every manual adjustment should include a clear reason so support and audit reviews can understand why it happened.
Subscription Review
The console helps admins confirm whether a user has purchased a subscription, which plan is active, and whether the user needs payment or support follow-up.
Because subscriptions affect payment and credit delivery, admins should confirm the user's actual purchase record before manual handling.
Operating Principles
- Grant admin access only to team members who need it.
- Confirm user identity and issue source before adjusting credits.
- Keep necessary evidence before banning an account.
- For payment disputes, check the purchase record and user email first.
