Billing and Credits
Subscriptions, credit packs, usage costs, and refunds
Overview
The product uses credits as the shared unit for AI actions. Users can receive recurring credits through subscriptions or buy one-time credit packs. Generation features check that the user has enough credits before starting.
Current Products
| Type | Name | Price | Credit delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subscription | Starter monthly | $10/month | 500 credits each month |
| Subscription | Starter yearly | $100/year | 6,000 credits total, delivered monthly |
| Subscription | Pro monthly | $20/month | 1,500 credits each month |
| Subscription | Pro yearly | $200/year | 18,000 credits total, delivered monthly |
| One-time pack | 200 credit pack | $5 | Delivered immediately after successful payment and does not change the current subscription |
Yearly subscriptions do not grant the full annual amount at once. The first monthly allowance is delivered after purchase, and the remaining credits are delivered by cycle.

Refunds on Failure
When credits have been deducted for a paid generation but the AI task fails, the product returns the credits charged for that attempt.
Payment and Delivery
Users choose a subscription or credit pack from the pricing page and continue through checkout. After successful payment, the product grants credits based on the purchase type. Subscription purchases update the current plan; one-time credit packs only increase the balance and do not change the current subscription.
If checkout is not completed or is cancelled, credits are not delivered and the user can start a new purchase from the pricing page.
Admin Capabilities
Admins can review user balances, subscription status, and credit changes from the admin console. Manual credit adjustments should be reserved for support, compensation, and operations workflows.
