2. Service

promptbuildkit provides a production-oriented AI SaaS starter and prompt workflow tools for generating, optimizing, testing, saving, and reusing prompts and AI-generated content.

• You are responsible for the prompts, inputs, files, and outputs you create or upload.
• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and should be reviewed before use.
• Features may depend on third-party providers for authentication, payments, email, storage, and AI generation.

3. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security, abuse, or payment risk.

4. Payments and Credits

• Paid plans, one-time credit packs, and usage limits are shown at checkout or inside the app.
• Credits are consumed when paid AI actions are run. Failed provider work may be refunded according to the app's credit compensation logic.
• Subscription billing, renewals, and payment processing are handled through our payment provider.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, malware, fraud, harassment, or infringement.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, usage limits, billing systems, or provider safeguards.
• Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you provide. We retain rights to the service, software, design, documentation, and product materials.

You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, process your inputs, generate outputs, provide support, and improve reliability.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
