1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how promptbuildkit handles refund requests for subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and paid AI usage.

2. Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized billing errors.
  • Service failures that prevent access to paid core features and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Pre-activation purchases where no paid credits or subscription benefits have been used.

3. Non-Refundable Usage

  • Credits or generations that have already been consumed successfully.
  • Subscription periods that have already been substantially used.
  • Requests caused by user error, change of mind, or misunderstanding of documented product behavior.

4. Failed AI Actions

When a paid AI action fails after credits are deducted, the app may automatically refund credits through its credit compensation logic. This credit refund is separate from payment refunds.

5. Request Process

  • Contact support@promptbuildkit.com with your account email, order or subscription details, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
  • We may request additional information to verify eligibility.
  • Approved payment refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
